One of Europe’s leading baby sleeping bag manufacturers, selling their products exclusively online in the UK, Europe, Australia and the US. Slumbersac is a successful and fast-growing business based Dorset, UK boasting a large customer base. Slumbersac sleeping bags are of the highest quality and range from sized birth up to 10 years.
Slumbersac has been StreamMarket’s client since February 2014.
The Challenge
Slumbersac found it challenging to manage their stock and website sales under the same umbrella as well as the challenges of building a mobile user-friendly and search engine optimised website.
They needed a bespoke, user friendly website that effectively communicated with their internal systems efficiently. They were also looking to launch in unchartered countries but needed experienced guidance in getting their online business there.

The Solution
We offered a solution that allowed Slumbersac to efficiently manage all of their orders from one, central location. They have, since working with StreamMarket, been able to handle the increase in traffic and sales.
We provided a Magento 2 platform that united all of Slumbersac’s sales channels as well as transferring all of the content from the old site. Nothing was too much for us as we programmed additional tasks specific to their business. Holding weekly meetings to ensure deadlines were met, and any queries were resolved.
We were always available if an issue occurred on the website with immediate resolve, as well as providing training on the new functionalities for their internal team. Additionally, we went above and beyond to ensure a smooth change over process for 3rd party companies working with them.
